Jane is an experienced and qualified Person Centred Counsellor and she works with both adults and young people helping to provide a positive way forward.    Life can at times bring many challenges and it can get to a point where navigation through it all can sometimes feel too overwhelming and you may be feeling low, worried and anxious.  No matter what the reason for these feelings or the way in which they affect you, Jane aims to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to enable you to explore your issues.

Jane works in a person-centred way which means she won't advise you or tell you what to do, she believes that you are the expert at knowing what is best for yourself. Jane will endeavour to understand and listen to you without judgement helping you to explore your worries and issues enabling you to find a way forward.

Jane offer fees at an affordable rate helping to make private counselling a more do-able option for those feeling they would like to access some support.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), working to their Ethical Framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy which makes sure that I work safely with you.
