Meet Debbie - Lead Physiotherapist and Clinic Owner

With over 30 years of experience, Debbie is the cornerstone of our clinic. She has a rich background in treating musculoskeletal conditions, both within the NHS and private practice. Her expertise extends to working with semi-professional rugby teams, a Paralympian, and a motorsport team.

Debbie has also contributed to medical education, providing training to medical students at UCLan. Now, she balances her clinical work with managing and developing our multidisciplinary practice, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Natalie Almond Bsc (Hons)Physiotherapy
Natalie is a trusted and experienced physiotherapist who specialises in helping patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own homes and care home settings.Since graduating with honours from Salford University in 2003, Natalie has built over 20 years of expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She currently works as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with East Lancashire Health Trust, bringing this valuable NHS experience to her work with Totalphysio.Areas of Expertise:

Dr Harun Dere PhD, MSc (Chiropractic), MCSP
Chartered Physiotherapist & Researcher
Dr Harun Dere is a highly qualified physiotherapist who combines advanced academic expertise with compassionate, hands-on care. With a PhD in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and a Master's degree in Chiropractic, Harun brings both scientific rigour and practical skill to every patient interaction.

We are excited to offer sports massage therapy with our skilled therapist, Hannah Jacobsen.
With a background as a Personal Trainer since 2019, Hannah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a sports massage therapist. She has had the privilege of working with athletes representing England in both athletics and climbing.
Hannah is dedicated to providing patient-focused care, utilizing a variety of techniques to support and accelerate your return to sport or daily life, pain-free. Her comprehensive approach to soft tissue therapy ensures each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

Adeel Ahmed BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Adeel is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation, with 15 years of dedicated experience supporting adults with complex neurological conditions. Patients can be seen in clinic, in their own homes or in a care home setting.
Throughout his career, Adeel has worked across hospitals, specialist brain injury units and community settings, developing extensive expertise in helping patients navigate their rehabilitation journey from the acute stages through to long-term condition management.
